My current works are routed in textured minimalism and explorations of space, line and form.  Minimalism or minimalist art can be seen as extending the abstract  idea that art should have its own reality and not be an imitation of some other thing.   I find that idea appealing and even, liberating!  I’ve always been kind of a black and white, to-the-point kind of person, so I guess one could say that translates into my artwork.  For me it is about living life in a simple, honest and balanced way.
